Registration

All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

Fill out the form on this page to submit a booking request. Our admin team will review your request, confirm the price and availability of your time slots and equipment and reply to you as soon as possible.

You are able to check availability on each of our spaces by selecting date and space below. Slide the facilities sideways to see all spaces available. More details and photos for each space are shown on our home page. Our room hire and package prices increase on 1st September each year. If your event is after 1st September then we will honour the casual hirer prices in place at the time of booking. 
 
Please book an extra 30 minutes before the start of the event itself for setting up and 30 minutes after the event for clearing away. So for a children’s party intended to be of 2 hours duration you will need to book 3 hours.

For all types of celebration events we offer a vast array of additional facilities such as discos and other entertainment services – please contact our Centre Administration team on 01452 301492 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Thursday (9 am to 2:30 pm Friday) or email admin@abbeydale.org.uk to discuss your precise requirements and what we can offer. 
 
For food and drinks – the normal services of Phoenix Cafe Bar will be available for your event. If you want a specific service such as an adult or children’s buffet and/or a hot drinks service etc in your booked spaces then please book the Phoenix Cafe Bar Catering space for 15 minutes (no charge) when you think you may want the service and add the Event Catering Items Required resource with some details of what you are thinking about. We will then come back to you to discuss your food and drink requirements in more detail. 

Once you have made a casual booking request online our Centre Administration team will use the contact details provided to contact you to discuss the booking within the next few days and talk through any detailed questions you may have. Once we have discussed your event and approved the booking we will issue you with an invoice for the booking and will require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% within 15 days to confirm the booking. Full payment to be made at least four weeks  before the event.

If you do not wish to proceed with your online booking you may cancel it online yourself before any payment is made. Once any payment has been made you will need to contact our Centre Administration team to amend or cancel a booking.
