All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

Fill out the form on this page to submit a booking request. Our admin team will review your request, confirm the price and availability of your time slots and equipment and reply to you as soon as possible.

Please book an extra 30 minutes before the start of the event itself for setting up and 30 minutes after the event for clearing away. So for a children’s party intended to be of 2 hours duration you will need to book 3 hours. For all types of celebration events we offer a vast array of additional facilities such as discos, food and other entertainment services – please contact our Centre Administration team on 01452 301492 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2:30pm Friday or email admin@abbeydale.org.uk to discuss your precise requirements and what we can offer.
